Testimonials
In the worst housing market since the Great
Depression, a few people stand up in the face of that challenge and make
things happen. My wife and I trusted the experience and market savvy of
John Kritsonis and his team at Windermere and it paid off. He guided us
through the necessary plan to sell and kept us focused on the goal of
selling smart and buying smart. His patience and guidance was key in
putting a deal together. Even when others told us to take our home off
the market we stayed the course. We sold and bought the house of our
dreams and feel John helped us get a great deal. It really shows that
experience pays off. We have already recommended John to our friends and
colleagues and will continue to do so.

John Kritsonis and
his team offered to correct inspection items from the report the sellers
didn't want to do. I couldn't have asked for anything more from Karl.
- Scott
Karl and his team
are exceptional. He really understood what we wanted. This is the fourth
home we have owned and this was by far the easiest transaction. He
matched a monetary program offered by our bank that went above and
beyond what was expected.
- Jeff & Lisa
John Kritsonis is a thoughtful and
informative agent. He went through the home and gave us suggestions for
staging, walked us through the sale and was incredibly responsive every
step of the way.
